Active Shooter: How to Survive
Find Out More
Every year, workers are seriously injured or killed by contacting energized parts or being subjected to an electrical arc flash. To prevent these types of incidents, electrical workers and the organizations they work for must understand and follow up-tp-date electrical safety-related work practces, maintenance requirements, and administrative controls.
Two of the leading authorities on electrical safety are the NFPA in the USA and the CSA in Canada. The Canadian Standards Association is recognized by many regulatory authorities and organizations as the "best practices" for electrical safety.
This program provides an overview of the 2015 standards and explains how following their guidelines helps keep electrical workers safe.
